Generator died on my trip. I went there on a friday while traveling. I was told to wait till Thursday of the following week before they would even look at it. I bought the parts I thought was the problem,at VERY HIGH prices. Left and plan to NEVER return for any reason. The Cummins shop in Boise Idaho got me right in and fixed what turned out to be multiple issues right away.

We have always used these guys since the beginning and have always been VERY happy. They make it happen! And have always been so very dependable.

Having lost a waterpump on the weekend, I called after hours they didn't have one but got It ordered right away. All the employees here were so nice and helpful. I got a ride to the hotel and back, letting them k ow had an oversize load and permits were already ordered plus a storm co.ing in , they got me in and out very quickly and efficiently. I can highly recommend this dealership anytime you are in the Maumee area.

I normally do not have an issue with this location, however today was an exception. I had a call in looking for a part, i conferenced my mechanic in to verify the part was what he was looking for. Muted my phone while they discussed. The mechanic asked a question regarding remans and when Cummins quit doing reman exchanges. The tech, Scott, very quickly lost his patience and seemed like he had someone trying to rush him along. This has become a frequent thing out of this location. My company calls and asks questions before agreeing to picking up or ordering parts and it appears to be a problem. Cummins needs to train their staff better in Customer Service. Its not a pleasant job, but even in parts ordering, you need to be able to communicate with your customers with patience and not snap at them.

I reached out to them for annual service for an RV. When I called the RV manufacturer for service they stated they could not get me in until the end of December, over 4 months from when I called. Upon doing some research and reading on forums I learned that Cummings also does most service and is local. I called and got an appointment in less then a week. Upon arriving they asked questions, and told me they would call with questions and updates. They did both. Great communication throughout day. I picked RV up around 6PM with everything I requested completed. When the bill was presented it was less then half of what the same service was that was performed at Dealer last year. Highly recommend!!
